Bea said...: So beautiful. There is always a constant battle going on in our lives between living in the now and planning ahead or worrying about the past. I've taken to taking a deep breath with my eyes closed when I realize that I am doing that. I'm trying to center myself, not berate myself but just breathe and feel myself at one with the "flow" again.
