Earlier I posted a glimpse of my progress on the altered book I've been working on with the contents from my erosion bundle.Since then I've created a small quilt, cut it up, added it to the book, and continued to alter the book in a variety of ways.
I further altered some of the fabric, cutting it into strips and staining it with coffee and blueberries.

Did you treat your fabric in some way before staining with the blueberry? Do you think that it will ahve any staying power??? Love the color fo crushed blueberries and I am certainly eating my fill of them fresh while theya re in season. We always spent many hours picking wild blueberries in the NH hills around Gilmanton when I was a child. Great memories of fabulous blueberrry pies!!!!

I love what you are doing with this book. I started an erosion packet but didn't hang it high enough in the tree. The elk ate it. No I am not kidding. The bear took my bird feeder and the elk ate my erosion packet. What more could a girl ask for.

I missed the completion and reveal of the Erosion Bundle project with my son being sick. Your book is lovely, you've pulled it all together and made something unique. What's not to love about that?
