last month

This is a quilt that was shown at our quilt guild in September. It was made by a man in Georgia and the woman on the right is in the process of adding the binding. The quilt belongs to her sister and she doesn't know the name of the man who made it. Our guild president is helping her to display it. It really looks amazing in person, much like an exquisite Persian rug.

A few of the handful of bracelets I made for our beading group that donates them to breast cancer patients.

Yes, you are right. It does look like an antique Persian Rug. I think it's because of the close toning of the rich mustard colors. Would love to see this one in person.

Marvelous quilt, rich and yes, like a Persian rug.
Love your delicate pale pink bracelets. xox Corrine

Very pretty, and with so much quilting, which I suspect adds to the Persian rug impression along with the colors and fabric designs.
Always love your bracelets, especially how they sparkle with transparent glass and crystal. How nice of you to donate them!
