What a lovely sentiment. While I was waiting for life to happen, it went on without me so now I am firmly planted on the ground and moving forward so your post was exceptionally inspiring.
Oh I like the colors and contrast in the new piece that will be evolving. Fires in the wood stove here too! No irises yet, but a jonquil or two. xox Corrine
Love the colors of the new piece, looking forward to seeing its progress. One of my favorite things about spring (and fall) is the daily variation of temperature and flora.

Beginnings are always so exciting. We have the same sort of weather here right now.

There's always something special about those flowers that bloom while we're warming our hands over a warm fire!
Different for you Deborah, and I like it!!!

oh, the fire looks so inviting, cozy and welcoming; it's been chilly at night and I've gone back to flannel nightgowns.
