The nine patches looks so fluffy and light, just like snow. It's a strange weather- cold, cold, cold, warm and melting, snow, more snow and cold again. I love winter, but enough already; I'm ready for spring.
More beautiful hearts and hand stitching. The subtle colors of the 9- patch remind me of the snowy winter. Can't wait to see all these bundles uncovered in April.
The heart piece is beautiful and the nine patch colors are a delight to my eyes. I made Dave a quilt and used some of those same soft browns, creams along with yellows and some other soft colors. So restful, calming and peaceful, just like your piece.
just happened upon your blog , through PinelandsPatches & Beadscapes. I enjoyed looking at your work. What caught my eye though was the quote you have on the side abt choices by Judith Knowlton. Loved that quote & will write it down to remember it. thanks!

This heart thing is so clever!
Such soft colors for those nine patches. They certainly capture the colors outside my windows. :)Bea
Pretty stitchings Deborah! We got the same storm and I was stitching also!
Happy sewing!
What a beautiful way to spend a snow day and thanks for the snowy scene. We have less then an inch up here in my little corner of upstate NY.
Love watching you stitch! My brother lives inside the beltway and got another foot on top of the 2' he already had.

This heart with the print in it is so beautiful, and the text matches the heart as well.

Thanks for your comments too!
The snow is beautiful but hard to get around in-- quilting is perfect for staying in from the snow.. love the hearts
