wheresoever you go

We (unexpectedly) went north for a couple of days and avoided the snowstorm.

This morning we went for a walk in the woods. Although the photo doesn't show it particularly well, this was a beautiful little natural ice sculpture with dangling crystals.

Lovely.

How smart to go north to avoid the snow. And how unusual.

I love your heart series, Deborah.

Often you can get some amazing nature pictures in the winter - like yours. Without all the greenery there are so many wonderful lines and textures.

Love the little ice sculpture! Lucky for you to have avoided the storm! ; )

I have a necklace inscribed with that proverb. I wear it always!
