hands and spirals seem to be a common theme. the wip has a companion piece that was completed and given to a friend in New York. the hands were created to send to Houston but i never did

Oh, those hands are so cool! Are each hand a separate work, or will you put them together in some way?

The spiral is nice, what a great idea to piece it like this.
the hands were created in sresponse to a challenge or invitation to send hands for a display at the houston show 2 or 3 years ago. i made the hands but never sent them. you're right, some of them are embellished work gloves. so far i've just had them lying around in my studio but i've been thinking about hanging them up since they are double-sided
