living life

Over the weekend I made a couple of necklaces. This one is similar to one I  made earlier and wore to our quilt guild meeting. It was suggested that I make one to donate to an upcoming event and this is the result.
The temperature has started to drop and I've been harvesting herbs:
basil
a tiny bit of lavender
a tiny bit of lemon verbena
rosemary

A quote from a speaker at a "Lunch and Learn" I attended last week:

"I can't do anything about it right now so I'm going to live my life!"

Your quote and jewels are sweet!
Thanks for your comment as well....it's so nice hearing from you! I hope your night is full of fun and laughter...and don't forget that dose of creativity!

Lovely necklace and so nice of you to donate it.
I will have to add that quote to my collection. Anything about life and living it, I love it!
I bet it smells good in your house with all those herbs drying. :)

love your necklace-- and the quote is a reminder to live everyday and work on what one can change for the better.

Your necklaces look so fragile yet so strong: this is just beautiful!
It's freezing here and today I'm getting my studded tires on the car. It looks like I'll be able to drive almost up to our yard so I can get them into the car or I'll have one of the nice construction guys to help me.
Hope this Tuesday is treating you well.-)

Hello dear lady. Love your pretty necklace. Lucky someone.

Ooh, I like the smell lavender (my son says it smells like someones grandma's closet---whatever) and isn't fresh basil so delicious? I had it served really crunchy once at an Italian restaurant. It was yummy.

We've had snow and you're harvesting herbs! Living life is the only thing worth doing until I die; that and telling people about Jesus.
