These small squares, embellished with beads and buttons, were made this past spring on a couple of unexpected trips to Boston and while I was waiting there. I have a small stack of them and haven't yet assembled them into any permanent order.

The colors are very appealing. And I love the hand quilting. Machines will never reach this kind of look.
Thank you, Eva. I am happy with my choice to do only hand quilting but it is nice when it is appreciated by others.
These small squares are such a good idea to cart around and work on while waiting. I think I'm going to throw a baggie project in my purse...just in case!
